Sitting upon a supple tannin structure, the fruit is poised and composed.  A soft rounded mouthfeel from time on lees, finishes this elegant and structured fine wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTHE VINTAGE\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 vintage can be considered broadly favourable across most varieties. Spring conditions were notably stable—arguably the most “normal” in recent years—with average monthly rainfall and slightly warmer-than-usual temperatures.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSummer brought a shift, marked by drier conditions and sustained warmth, especially in February, which saw eight days exceed 35°C. To support ripening, substantial supplementary irrigation was necessary to maintain optimal moisture levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHarvest commenced early, kicking off on 5 February. Remarkably, by 1 March, nearly all fruit had been picked.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVITICULTURE + WINEMAKING\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe single clone of MV6 is sourced from our southwest facing ‘G’ Block. The fruit is destemmed and tipped into small open pot vessels.
